The Jalopy Journal
Saw this one in a DeSoto Club on Spacebook - I think they were looking for parts.
I saw that episode. Man, that Suburban just BARELY squeezed into that enclosed trailer. It was a cool wagon, for sure. Love the flashlight...
The YouTuber Iron City Garage rescued one of these from a farm - I believe Iowa - a few months back. It was a very cool video - I couldn't...

It's a pretty ordinary '51/52 Chrysler sedan - but, for some reason, it sort of jumped out to me that there appear to be no exterior door handles...

I can't tell from the angle of the photo if this is a full two door sedan or an actual coupe with the shorter greenhouse. The coupe is an...

Wow - that is sad. I'm guessing that is not a recent photo. There can't be more than a handful of these left.
This thing is definitely rotting, though it sits along a highway for sale - phone number listed, no price. I think it might be a late '50s...

I concur wholeheartedly. [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
[ATTACH] Thanks for this rear view of an uncommon car. Rear views of station wagons are usually the most interesting, since the front usually...
For sure, this car did not leave the Buick factory with that top on it.[ATTACH]
[ATTACH] Something you don't see every day - love it! You don't have a photo of the rear end, do you?
Very nice and very uncommon
An unusual and interesting wagon, especially with the 6 banger - thanks for posting.
To me, the '49 Chevy tail lights look somewhat similar to the stock lights on this '50 DeSoto Woodie Wagon. I like the overall look, and I don't...
Yes, this is quite a transformation. Nice job.[ATTACH]
Virgil Exner must be turning over in his grave after seeing this.[ATTACH]
Wow, that stuff looks great. I prefer the DeSoto gauges over Chrysler’s for those years.
Love these wagons. Gonna nitpick a little - I believe 1954 was the first Conestoga, rather than 1953.
That red Chrysler wagon is a 1951 New Yorker Town & Country - quite rare. Wheelbase 131.5”, 6” longer than the DeSoto featured in this thread....
