**VISOR HAS BEEN SOLD** Selling my 1951 Ford four-door sedan. Originally a V8/automatic car. Floors are good, rocker panels and fenders have a...
I guess I read it wrong - I thought you got the springs from Summit for $23 - must have been the perches or the original blocks. How's it looking...
Hey @Pipes do you remember what the part number was for those rear drop springs you got from Summit?
Doing the same research right now - most epoxy primers don't contain isocyanates. Epoxy primers will have the same properties regardless of...
I know it's been a couple of months, but what regulator and gauge are that? Any special fittings going from the outlet to the gauge?
That's what I'm leaning toward as well, I agree with you it's just too much.
Thanks! I got one off last night, I took the taillight housing off just to be sure, used a putty knife to pry here and there and it came right...
Got it off the car and got some more pictures. [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
Well, it's been a minute. I finally (after almost a year and a half) made some progress on the shoebox. It's slow going, but I've got enough irons...
******* SOLD ******* Fulton visor from a 1951 Ford. Should fit 1949 and 1950, not sure what other years. Still on the car, will remove upon sale...
Carter WCFB carb, complete but probably needs rebuilt. Tag is 2669S, denotes 1958 Corvette 283. [ATTACH]
I'll be there, the shoebox isn't done so I'll be in the minivan but I'll at least be there Friday evening if not Saturday.
Not car-related, but the St. Louis Cardinals play the Chicago Cubs on the 31st, 1st and 2nd - usually a good game to watch (though I'm a Cubs fan...
Looks amazing! So glad you got it in color! Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
Is that a Chevy grille? If so, what year? I like that it fits in with the end trim.
You don't want the AWD. Part number is Moog CC850. Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
5 inches is possible but you may have to modify the driveshaft tunnel. It also gets a little tough for tire changes.
Project Binky is definitely worth a watch. Lots of insane fabrication and design skills, plus hilarious presenters.
Looks nice. I'd go with an FE as they're easier to find and still at least somewhat traditional. Always loved the '54s.
Yay he's back! Glad to see you back around and back at it. Fingers crossed for shiny paint in the spring! Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B....
I see you were able to match the paint in the areas you've got primer in the first picture, what did you use? I've got a similar issue with mine,...
Sounds like y'all already have your mind made up, but I'll throw in another vote for the GT40P heads. Best-flowing stock head Ford ever made. If...
The most important detail missing from the article is the financial details of the transaction. If it's heavily leveraged with lots of debt, then...
I guess I missed that as well. Oops. What year is the ranger rear end? 91-92 are the exact right width Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B....
I'd go with the AOD and 3.55 gears, or get a C4 for the 3.08 gears. The E4OD is the electronic version of the C6 so a) it's going to suck more...
Going a different direction with my project so selling my EAB's. Freshly de-rusted. Will add pictures later.
Carter WCFB carb, tag says 2669S which indicates a 1958 Corvette 230hp. Good shape, complete, needs cleaned and probably rebuilt. Will add...
