Great start and good find
The is buried now i use a 74 caddy pedal assembly and small 7" booster assembly from speedway. With the column in its place and just winged it.

Here's an update. It runs and drives on it's own power after 50 years with 455 buick/400th 78 camaro drum posi rear end 4'' blocks, 70 nova front...
I bought a 50 merc rear window and trim from a fellow Hamber and it's been two month's from Greyhound many calls to grayhound from me and seller...
Started the merc last weekend buy cleaning it up and lower blocks removed coils. Than this week removed nose installed 70 nova clip amd 455 buick...
I am installing a 70 nova clip in my 51 merc and the 118'' wheel base looks funny
I,m putting a stage 1 455 buick in mine. 365hp/510ftp.
