Ok I did the tire check and it does wobble side to side and up and down. Look's like king pin and wheel barring?
Seehow the tops are sticking out and the car is ridding on the side of the tires. And I can hear a popping sound just turning the car around.

Thank's everyone I put the distrubtor in backwards and burned up a condencer and points.
I have bought new wires and I dont know the fireing order on the distrubtor cap or do I knowif the no.1 pistion is in the front of the motor or back.
I went to auto zone and said I needed a battery with more cold cranking amps and told him I had a international. He said who makes international?...
The only hard part is I dont have a garage so I have to do all the work in the driveway. And this is my first paint job. And motor rebuild.
