This is starting to look like my mother in law [and I don't mean beautiful ]I was thinking more BIG across the ass [IMG]
I met Gene at a metal working course at Castlemaine last month,i think I taught him a couple of things,he taught me a lot more

Finally getting a bit more done .Made my first panel from ally and fitted it to the frame,gaps came up nice and turned out ok. [IMG]
Finally got the other bonnet side repaired,had to remove 3 bars and straighten them and adjust some of the grill bars to even them up. [IMG]
Sorry folks ,this thread is more about learning for me and others.I realise it is not a belly button car,i am building it my way and to suit all...
Been busy doing other stuff too,i now have the fastest loo roll holder in the district [IMG] [IMG]
Rear window panel and third brake light welded in [IMG]
Got the jigsaw and router out again and made a fuel block off [IMG] [IMG]
I have also fitted and welded the pipe frame in the car .This is all out of sight. [IMG]
Here is the last of the tailshaft tunnel and next section of floor [IMG]
Made the rear seat riser [IMG] I also used a seat which needed the floor for support as the base is mainly foam [IMG]
Made these panels to support the trim in the rear. [IMG] And also made and welded the seat belt mounts in. [IMG]
I did not have any window reveils so had to modify some dodge sedan ones. [IMG]
Finally got the floors welded in [IMG] and the seat mount in [IMG]
Made some kick panels on the bead roller [IMG] [IMG]
Wow i thought i had my work cut out ,but you have done an amazing job.I would have liked to have seen some pics on how the metal shaping was...
CnC machine in my workshop means cut n curse.Then out with the wood router and round the edges off [IMG] [IMG]
