I would say save it. If you have the skill and some cash go for it, don't worry about the resale value. Might turn out to be a cool project.
I believe the '68-'80 302's were 28 oz and the '81-'92 were 50 oz.

I believe the first one is an Edelbrock with the 1901, the second was from a 1972 Chevy or gmc truck with a 402 or 454.
