As an guy who has been a dyno tester for a long time one thing you do NOT want is too tight on ring gap. Leave 'em on the loose side. Consider...
No engine or drivetrain apparently and those tire treads look like ornaments only. Just a display unit that must have been built for a reason....

Sorry Sky, electric anything's are being done buy the barnful.. On the other hand several Teslas have been converted to IC engines. Hot Rodders...
