Ya I cleaned it some more today and it seems cracked I'll try to quiksteel it with high heat after cleaning and grinding.
Anyone else out there seen anything like this before?
Thanks Jim I seen the large plugs and they have some old leakage but not new. The parts in question I have circled in the following pictures....
