The Jalopy Journal
What a cool car! And better for being well used. Did you keep it or move it on eventually?
Damn fine Coupe that and 3 generations in makes it extra rare!
Looking around the internet for inspiration and found some here! Exceptional car sir.
I am more likely to become a Playboy bunny than find one of those!! (50/m)
That would be version "e"? Thank you everyone for the help. Sent from my SM-A202F using Tapatalk
I thought of that. They all use metric tooling. The pins are imperial. Sent from my SM-A202F using Tapatalk
I am slowly gathering the front end parts for my hotrod. And of course it will need the kingpins done. But my question is, what reamer do I need?...
Did you ever get this back to "being worked on"?? Sad about your buddy, hope he got better.
Any progress?
That sir is a beautiful car that looks not the tinest bit home built. I love the burnout shot, very atmospheric!
Particularly nice old Hot Rod you made there.
Hell of a car that! I love it.
Did this ever get done? Sounded like an interesting build.
I just read the entire thread after it got bumped up. An amazing build for any young man. Glad the accident was "small".
Just here to say "I'm enjoying watching your progress"
Did you ever take that trip? Beautiful car!
You got the rear brakes unstuck then? Exciting to see progress.
As above. Don't seem to be able to find this info. Rest seems easy enough. I removed the two piece casting holding the ball. And the Speedo drive....
Good luck! Very cool find.
Interesting project! I like the front axle and bones. You keeping the Iron Heads?
I like it! Cool car, man.
Thanks everyone. Yeah it beats the diddly squat of last week. I took a few more photos of it. If nothing else they will help me out it back...

More photos are a must........ please.
Any progress sir?
All the photo links are broken. Damn shame as I'd like to see the truck.
Bit of a thread bump, but I love how your work turned out. First time I've ever preferred the fendered version but hey ho its not mine :-) Did you...
Neat Hotrod that!
Very cool Hotrod. Thanks for sharing. Other than being flat orange if mine I wouldnt change a thing.
Seriously impressive work and you still have to actually Hot-rod the thing! Wow!
