ive never seen a set, but i found a old tire shop that had a old school tire cutter for whitewalls. if it works on 15 inch tires it should work on...
the problem shoundnt be the motor size, or comp. is the starter to tight, needs shiming. or it could be a voltage problem. need more info ? how...
