When I did my 53 there is no way to adjust the hood last..... I did mine first got the cowl gap good then adjusted the fenders and doors together...
To not stripe I put a tack coat on for the first coat then coat 2 is semi wet followed by a dusting 3rd coat is fairy wet followed by a dusting...
I have a 53 I put a set of chassis engineering rear 3 inch drop spring in and the are giant p.o.s.'s I put a 2wd ford ranger rearend in mine good...

Nothing wrong with a little rubber hose on pressure side of fuel system there is only like maybe 6 psi..... I think this build is off the charts...
