I guess you could have someone machine out the center section of a normal rim and secure that in place to hide the dual bolt pattern.........

Howdy, I'm looking at purchasing a 48-52 Ford F1 steering gearbox and the seller is saying the splines for the pitman arm are a little damaged but...
