Thanks, blasted with walnut shells -no paint... Then a little Gibbs worked into all of the surfaces.
During the rebuild I removed a lot of "bling" and went with the unpolished look.[ATTACH] [ATTACH]
392 blown, 7 lbs boost, 4-port Hilborn, 1/2 110 octane and 1/2 premium and Autolite 65's, they work for me.
Did you take your cylinder measurements on the piston pin sides or the thrust sides? Typically the thrust sides will have more wear.
