I fixed it the carb was way way lean now it doesn't back fire hardly at all :).

5 and 7 wires are correct
Could the carb be off? Sounds to me like maybe it's not getting enough gas
I'm using standard AC delco plugs and yes it mostly back fireds when you let off the gas but it also does it some times when your sill in the gas
I'll try the spark plug wires because i did have to remove all wires and plugs to get the headers in
But I guess I didn't get as much increased performance as I hoped for
No it seams to have as much power as it should
