The front suspension is stock with 90/10 shocks,rear is ladder bar coil over set up,stock width.Motor is 363 stroker,c4 manual valve body

Yea that would be based off of the 351 deck height you have a longer stroke so you can get more cubic inches . That's crazy though 460 inch out...
Using a dart block.same deck height as a 302 8.2 deck,but dart block starts at 4.125 bore and can be opened up to 4.185.so can go up to 374 cuin.
