Heres my take on the radiator. Problem is the extreme tight space with channeled body and sweeped frame. I didnt find any hotrod radiator low...

It's almost as thin as tin foil, after all the grinding and polishing ! Couple Pinholes left but it keeps getting thinner and thinner every time....
