S.W. Mo is alright, mild winters only a couple months, summer not usually over 90 or 100, but we do get those spring time wind funnels.
Broadway may be your best bet but you'll still need to find the vin. It has to have some frame numbers somewhere.
I know we usually call a local tow service to check vin #s in Mo cause they have access to dmv in order to contact owners of tow-ins.
Just get a screwdriver and keep poking it like a little kid. It serves no purpose but looks like fun.
