Well... new problem again.. I had to use spacers to get the rad moved forward. The description claims it fits but... nope Now I need to find a low...

Well with my 51 ford about rdy to drive and beign in car show season down here in Arizona, i picked up another project... 1928 coupe... well...
[ATTACH]hood, fenders, innter fenders, grill. All bolted up. I ended up changing water pumps to a short pump for more clearance!. Getting close...
Well I cleaned the metal and wired wheeles the back the welds came out alot better. Still by no means perfect, but way better then a rusted hole.
if i understand... lower voltage lower wire speed?

Well small thing done today, The previous owner welded up the gas door and i dude a crude job... so i cut it it all out and replaced with new the...
Well.... headers clear gearbox.... new issue lowered car and tie rods are in the way. Need to see how to route exhaust pipe

i had a glass guy come out and take measurements. he cut and sanded down the class to make it fit. THO he did break one side that he then remade
pretty much. i never see shoebox out here int he wild.
i plan on it.. not sure why that comment was necessary when i asked what happened to this thread cause i was enjoying reading it
good to know, and i plan on it once i get my 51 ford running and driving which will be soon then the puzzle begins!! i already got a 28 chevy...
thank you! for now just getting it running and then ill work more as i go. a running car is a motivating car :)
out of curiosity how can you tell it was a coupe? ill prob built it as a roadster
