Direct to battery is only to make sure its not wiring. Otherwise it is switched. Pump does get warm. I will try another battery.
Here is tank before the baffle was placed to keep gas by pickup.
No relays to pump, I have run both +@- directly from battery to rule out wiring and grounds. Also does it on 12 volt and when charging at 14 volt....
Tank vent on top and I also tried without gas cap. Fuel pickup on bottom of tank. Pump below tank. Tomorrow I will try using a 5 gallon tank....
