Schwinn Cycle Truck. With the adj. rear drop outs and the top tube to mid tube brace, looks to be pre war.
I can't comment on the use of hydrazine by Germany, but the P-51 Mustang is water cooled as well.

I put the Holley lamps in my 57 and they work great. They are spendy, but don't look out of place.
