You're probably right, but when I saw "solar" I thought of a solar charger connected to an "odyssey" battery. Just seemed a bit vague.

Yep. '64 was the first year for a V8 in the Nova. Also first year for 5 lug wheels. 13" for 4 and 6 cylinders, 14" for the V8s.
