Here is a picture of my old sedan with 6.50 on the rear. You can see the difference in all 3 sizes between mine and CT1932Ford.
I've had good luck with JB Weld. Fill it in the cracks good and sand smooth.
The story behind it was pretty cool too. I believe they said it was on or in a sedan that was completely buried somewhere around there.

Here is an old more door I had with stock suspension and 16x4. The stock springs really needed to be re arched but it's gives you an idea. Jim
