Depending on where they are being picked up at, you can check with some of the Hot Shot operators in the Permian Basin.
Looking at the picture of the one with the carbs on top, they look almost identical other than the modifications done to move the inlet to the top...

I would argue that is because of not making the right choices when it comes to gearing. S-10 boxes with 4.03 gears are wrong with 3.78 or 4.11...
