Update on this thread, Fred Wilder no longer has the '39 brake bushings, he sold them all, but does make and has available the clutch bushing.
Here’s an upper hose for a 90 degree or horizontal water neck. This one is adjustable. I trimmed the water neck side about 3 inches, the top is uncut.
