Thanks for the hose info. I've been looking for a 283 in the 6 cylinder position hose for years. That one looks like it might work.
What is that upper radiator hose from? Or part #?
I've been lurking for years, time to jump in occasionally. I live in Tucson and have a 55 Bel Air and an OT 67 Chevy shortwide.
I had an Edelbrock with the exact same problem. I found an aluminum sliver in the pri venturi booster, a left over from the manufacturing process.
