some bakelite has Asbestos in it so best use a mask and maybe don't sand it in the kitchen. nice looking wheel tho
not all are pushers. morris minors had a pull pump where as minis had a push pump.
you might have to look a bit harder for standard tools in blighty. car boots would be a good start. Maybe even some mechanics who have some hiding...

F is definatly a piston ring instaler i have a snap-on one. it goes a bit weird when you squeeze the handle without the ring in place
