Valvoline VR1 has the zinc phosphorous you need or add ZDDP.
Ammeter, you can tell by the shunt on the back. Cool vintage instrument.
Got a ride in one the other day, nice and quiet with the engine way out back and lots of leg room. Fun!

Soda blasting does an excellent job on aluminum without removing metal. Some clear alodine will help keep it looking good. Dale

530,000 on the ol ladys 81 Chevy pickup with the original 305 still runs good. (3 valve jobs)
