Bo Huffs Merc is killer! My buckets are 41/2" deep.
I made 16ga buckets and then pie cut 18ga. steel and mig welded each 1" piece in.
thanks red baron it is growing on me I think when I get to the other side I will know for sure. I made my own buckets so I can cut them down if needed
got one side Frenched tonight on the 50 AD!! Think I might have went to deep but who cares.
I always carried a cooler with ice in it when my VW would lock up!

did not see any sort of bushing in spring eye that may be my issue.
oh about 3/4" round and 6" long with a grease zert at one end. Busy this weekend but will try to get a pic in.
Is it normal to have about 1" side to side movement on the springs when the axle is out? the grease pins look great with no wear, but the movement...
