I put a turbo on a E350 4x4 van, with a 300 straight six. Pretty cool, and tons of torque. Just do lots of research, and you won't have a problem.
You can mix Synthetics with Non-synthetics, hence Semi-synthetic oil you can buy, they don't do nothing special to mix it, but you are better off...
