Intake .020 exhaust .022 cold . They tell u on the cam card mostly. Make sure you you have enough piston to valve clearance.

I used a Fluiddampr on a Chevy six on a circle track car , worked good Sbc one I think we just had to shorten the snout (spl) .Good Luck
