I haven't missed the event in over eight years. Sunday morning the weather was clear but we had a problem. Due to Saturday's massive rain storm, Lotus park was under water. That's the American river that overflowed it's banks. Picture from last year and Sunday.
"Look Pa... a new fishin' hole!" Sorry to see that. I know California needs water, but this new storm looks like it could be devastating to parts of Northern California. Good luck everyone!
