    Thanks man appreciate it, the Ford and Chevy were made by planet toys and sold at Walmart. The Willys was made by eztec and was sold at Toys R Us

    Eztec I think.... Can't remember the last time they put anything new out... I bought my '41 Willys new about 5 years ago off of ebay for 20 bucks...
    After I had my fun chasing the dog around the house with it, I started taking it apart to do up a gasser build.... It's still on my bench.. :rolleyes:

    I wish I could go back when Walmart had the WCC r/c's for $20 , buy every store out. A couple of days ago one of the 36 Ford's new in the box sold for $305 !!!

    I was thinking of using my 1/6 scale GBP Hemi in mine... But that thing weighs about 7 freakin' lbs... :(

    I know, I was going to buy the hemi and put in the Willys and I'm glad I didn't. But I did buy a 327 to put in the 54 it weighed the front end down way to much. The bags all the way up in front and it would still bottom out.

    The 1/6 scale Revell Ford 427 Wedge motor is all plastic... I have 2 of those..
    That would be my next choice...

    Here's another shot of the flame job. For some reason, he was not satisfied with the way it turned out and stripped the car and started to re-paint it. He gave up and gave it to me. It's silver now

    That looks good! :cool:
    The only thing I can't stand about it, is that oversize Hilborn scoop..
    It looks like it's 1/4 scale.. :(

    I agree, but it looks alot better when you take the blower off. I have three of them in a bag of other misfit parts.

    I plan on covering that BiG hole in the hood and re-cut it.... I'll use my 1/25 scale SWC Willys model kit for the measurements and do the math...
    That should be fun..:confused::)

  24. The motors from the Muscle Machines, larger size cars, look pretty good in these. Plus, they have blower belts, wires and braided lines...

    Yeah that would definetly help the car. I have considered doing some crazy mods on one of these cars, like a tilt frontend for the Willys or suicide doors on either of the WCC cars. Sometime I will do one of them....Probably the suicides.......

    I considered doing that but I thought it would be to small and not look right.

    This is what I'm going to use in mine. Probably just cut the hood off so it can be seen. One of these days....:D

    It's the Revell model in 1:6 scale. Super detailed and very accurate. I bought mine as a kit but some places have them already built. Ha, I just noticed a couple of the plug wires came loose. :D
