I found this site by accident,started reading what people were talking about and thought it was cool. Im from the twin cities and 22 years old and been working on cars with my dad since i was a kid, he opened up a shop 12 years ago an been working with him ever since.
Good for you. Have fun here, you'll learn a ton and get some support. FYI, the term "rat rod" and "Ratz" and all that jazz is a negative term here. Generally because far too many very nice "traditional" hot rods get labeled that term by people that don't know any better because they've read Ol skool rodz a couple of times. No worries. People grow past it and realize that Rat rods are the bread crumbs to real rods. Regardless, welcome and I hope you find what you're looking for here!- DB
