That Mark Williams coupler is 1.250(outside diameter) 10 spline. I am not sure of the od of the early ford 10 spline, measure the od to start. What are you attempting to direct couple?

If your looking for a 10 spline coupling like Ford used on the V-8 style banjo rear the dimeter of the Mark Williams will be larger. Call Joblot Automotive they should have the correct banjo 10 spline coupling in stock. 1-800-221-0172

    Hi all,

I am planning to connect my narrowed banjo with my powerglide.
directly mounted Gearbox-banjo. (also install a spool)

MW has the coupler for powerglide, but the other end, I need the 10spline coupler.

    that´s my little issue...

By the way, how can I ID my banjo?

  7. for my powerglide to banjo rear i used a hot rod shop open rear end conversion yoke a u-joint to power glide yoke

How much room do you have between the banjo and the trans. Will this work?

    Nice kit you have there!

I can decide the space self, but want it as close as possible.

    Do you make those?

Mark Williams also sells the coupler for the rear axle with a plain bore that can be modified for your application. That is what I had to do in order to fit a V8 style Halibrand quick change. Only problem is the plain bore coupler is not heat treated so it can be machined and would need to be heat treated after modification.

The 10 spline pinion was late 32-34. Around 35 the pinion went to 6 and stayed that way.

Is there rear suspension? or are you direct couple and hard tail rear?

So we are going to do some measurement and see what they can do.

They maybe could machine it there and heat treat too.
