  1. I love your car, just the way it is. If you remember,I was going to buy a custom and a coupe.Decided to buy the kids cars instead. Can't afford what I would like to have.

Wow, I just saw the interior pictures on this car. After looking at the exterior and now the screwed up interior, that guy got fucked. There's no way that car is even close to $100K, no way. Suck it up buddy:(

I paid a premium (or so I thought) for my roadster. But within months of owning it, on numerous occasions I have been offered considerably more than my buy in. Even though prices seem high - I guess buy now.

  4. Had chance to buy a '32 3W,all steel, fendred,no motor,in '75,$4500. Would have been my first car. My dad said no,"those things were 25 bucks when I was your age,not a good first car,NO MOTOR!" I'd still have that car.

A brand new cosworth vega was $3500 back then.

  6. Yea,but what are they worth now! I've always been a hotrod guy, second only to Mercs.A high school friend had a V8 Vega,I would have bought that one.The '32 was already a rod, just had no motor.

Well, I was just comparing new car prices. I wouldn't actually buy anything that Delorean had his fingers into ;)

Is Don ( DRD57 ) the only one who noticed the engine ?
    I see a 24 stud flathead ... not a 21 stud ...

Not a original 1932 V8 flathead ... it is a 24 stud engine ... and look at the water pumps ... It looks as if the coupe has been changed around some and not as pristine and as " original " as some think ...

Still a real cool 3W ... and I would not change a thing ... except to put my name on the title. :D
I just wish I could afford it ...

and the wheels on that car looks like `35 ford to me ... ( improvment in my book :) ) , And I would not be surprised if it had Juice-brakes (?) ..
