Yes... All of the tech editors voted for their favorite 10... We had a tie, so there is 11 total.

What a great collection of tech articles. It's stuff like this when you see the true brilliance of the HAMB!

Personally, I would've voted for the home made louver thread.

  10. I would rather read the political posts about the stupidity of ethanol than unchopping the 57 Ranchero. I did not vote.

I voted for the one of the choices that I felt more people on the HAMB would actually get some use out of but my personal choice of all of the offerings wasn't in the list.

It's nice to see mad skills recognized but it would have been a lot better to vote on the offerings that turned a light bulb on in 70% of the members brains and sent us out to the shop to try it.

  14. I'm with Mr48chevy, I think they are all great tech's and I would love to be able to have the skills to do them all, but I picked the one that I thought I would be most likely to use at my current skill level and was most practical for me personally.

they are all pretty good, but those bumper taillights are probably the best tech ive ever seen. period.

edit: and by the voting everybody else thinks so too!

really? I guess you really didn't read it then, they didn't really unchop it, they fixed the windshield opening. And they did it in a very slick way. A very subtle modification... very nicely done and quality pictures...

I was really hoping to do a "Chicago Vote", but the darn software will only let you vote once. In any event, it was a great tech week guys. You're all winners in my book. Stu

Great tech. It was a shame some didn't make it to the final voting. However, looking at the voting I don't think it would have mattered.

There were so many excellent articles I don't know how anyone could complain. I can't even decide which one I like more.

Great tech by some very talented and creative guys. It was very hard to pick just one!

    Seriously, you must be joking?
Either that or the long hard South Dakota winter is wearing on you! Hang in there, spring is almost here!:D

  25. Are all the other TECH posts in the archive? There was one that didn't make the cut that I thought was really slick... I can't find it now.

Yes he did! Great tech thread though. I am honored to have even made the top 3. That makes it all OK in my book.
