Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by **DONOTDELETE**, Sep 18, 2003.

  1. i have a pair of 12 spoke american mag. spindle mount wheels for my '27 T coupe and i need to know what kind of spindles i need. the guy i got them from said they were early ford but the they are too long. them i got a set of anglia spindles and they are too short. so i am thinking they might be like '64-'68 econoline. can someone please tell me about them. thanks

They made them for Chevy spindles too.

They are of no use to you as they are for the extremely rare 58-61 Datsun. You'll have to send them to me to make sure that's what they fit.

  7. I had that same problem... found out they were Chevy spindles (49-54?) I had a buddy slap them on his CNC mill and mill them out to Ford bearing specs... they work good now.

If I was you... I'd just go with a Speedway or MAS axle for Chevy spindles and be done with it... check the bearing sizes first though!
