i have a pair of 12 spoke american mag. spindle mount wheels for my '27 T coupe and i need to know what kind of spindles i need. the guy i got them from said they were early ford but the they are too long. them i got a set of anglia spindles and they are too short. so i am thinking they might be like '64-'68 econoline. can someone please tell me about them. thanks
might want to post an introduction of yourself before the BOARD NAZI's get on your case... did you measure 'em? welcome to Hokey
Relax plan9 we just like to know who we're talking to. This ain't Pep Boys. They made them for Chevy spindles too.
They are of no use to you as they are for the extremely rare 58-61 Datsun. You'll have to send them to me to make sure that's what they fit.
and maybe change your hamb handle . we already have a scottrod though he doesnt post too much...he was here first........ definately an intro. like he said the hamb nazis will get ya ....and welcome to the board you will dig it here.......
I had that same problem... found out they were Chevy spindles (49-54?) I had a buddy slap them on his CNC mill and mill them out to Ford bearing specs... they work good now. If I was you... I'd just go with a Speedway or MAS axle for Chevy spindles and be done with it... check the bearing sizes first though! Sam.
