Hot Rods 13" Hot Rod style beauty rings, where to buy?

Trying to find 13" hot rod style beauty rings for my 61 Falcon wagon. The ones that fit inside the bead flange of the wheel like the old 1946-8 Ford 16: wheels. All the vendors have 14" on up and or the 13" wrap over the bead edge. I want the bead edge to show the color of the wheel. Any body out there have or know where to get some?

 

take some old ford, chop a section out, when you snap in if your lucky and measured well they will snap in perfect fit.. there is a formula, I forget, sumpthin to do with PIE R SQUARE.
I just can't remember,
