Hey guys, I have a set of wide white walls I want to mount on steel wheels for my T. I am looking for something 5-6 inches wide with Chevy 5×4 3/4" bolt pattern. I think that these were available on full size chevys right up into the '80s. Just want to know what I should ask for at the junk dealer. New, these wheels are over $100 dollars each. I hoping to score a whole set for $100...
    Thanks

  2. They made them up until 1987ish, they came on s10 pickups, Monte Carlos, Cutl***', Regals. I think the 80's Caprice was even 4.75 bolt pattern. The last set or two I have had, I found at the local dump in the tire bin. Even after taking the old tires off and paying a disposal fee it was only about 30 or 35 dollars. You can also run a want add on craigslist, most of the time folks are glad to get rid of stuff like that. You might luck up and get some for free!

'55 -56 Chevy wheels are 15 inch, 5 inches wide. They look more correct than the later wheels.
