Better pick that Edmunds intake up, man. Get the carbs, too - cleaned up and carbs built, you could net $1k!

It's not an Edmunds intake. It's a factory 2x1 intake. I asked about the intakes in a post after seeing that one. Not worth the trouble. The owner of the yard has crazy prices....the reason most of the stuff got crushed. Second the bolts on the intake are so rusted you couldn't get it off if you wanted.

Yeah, prices are crazy. I did get good prices down on motors now. But they are only 265-283 Chevy motors that could get decent price. He wants $150.00 for a motor if you unbolt it. His yard man Ed will ***ist in lifting the vehihcle with front end loader. Also $50.00 per car to strip whats left of chrome mouldings on a complete car. He's not open on Saturdays there anymore. Wants $350.00 for 40's-50's Caddilac motors which there are alot of. $200.00 for a flat head motor if you unbolt it. Alot of them in there. $100.00 for ******s.

Got Word that crusher is now coming this week. Last call to get anything you want like motors or other parts thats left.

is that 57 or 58 desoto still there or did it get crushed?

 

I know there is a 57 Windsor in there. Only good thing is the grille maybe few other parts. Not sure about the Desoto. Was it down near the front of fence where you drive in? I remember one sitting there.

no it was back in the woods like if you were looking at it from the bottom it was like maybe a little more then half way up on the right side, i think it was red possibly.

 

I think they crushed it. Going there soon to pick up my 3 cars I bought. Will try to look for it.

Some of those prices are the same as I have to pay when I go to the local you-pull-it, that's hardly crazy. $50 for all the chrome is probably a steal on the right car, I've sold single pieces off certain cars for anywhere from $90 to in one case nearly $400. What people complain about kills me.

All cars are now crushed. Nothing left except 5 trucks and all the buses. Final crushing was 21 July 11. Still some parts/motors laying around though.
