It gets worse than that. That website is for two companies, CSK and Advanced Auto. Around here you can go from one Kragen to another and get different prices on things. It all depends how far the store is from competition. The further away the more the prices are. It sucks. Worked there for 8 years but now I am just a customer.

We have checker here which is part of the same company. Usually the retards down there cant find the parts I need so I look up the part numbers before I get there. Last time I went to get a coil it was 24.99 on thier site. I drive down there and he says 39.99. I was like WTF? can you sell it for the web price? He said no go home and print it, same BS. I just went home paid for it online and went back to pick it up. Why the hell do they have it set up like that?

I was looking for a horn relay for a 64 elcamino.Napa online was $49.99 called the Kragens $24.99,thought that was a deal.Drove by Autozone for some tranny fluid and asked about the relay $15.99 pays to shop around

  7. A new policy at my welding supply is that if I pay cash on the spot for gas and welding supplies I can not use my tax exempt number and I do not recieve a discount price. If I use monthly billing I get these benifits and they are out the time to draw up a bill and the cost of postage and the envelope to mail it. No wonder companies are having a hard time making a profit.

I have a Checker and an an Autozone a 1/2 mile from the house, since I am a regular they both told me,look up the part online print it and thats what you pay when you come in,and if they have to order it they pay the freight whereas if you order online you pay freight on non-stock items. You just have to play the game to win!
