15yrs old and new to H.A.M.B.

    I am 15 years old and love cars and anything mechanical.I have a 31 Model A pickup that i am in the process of chopping 5 inches,and a few other projects.I have been raised around cars my whole life.My dad owns a body shop and also loves cars.His username is 29 De soto.My grandpa is also an old time hot rodder.I have been told that i know a lot about cars and i guess its true.I am glad that i joined and hope to contribute to this site.

    we need kids more kids like us around...i've got a 27 model t sedan, and a 56 chevy big window pickup, and a 79 malibu with a 454...and I'm 19...

    Welcome aboard !,.... And to all of us guys that are getting a little "long in the tooth",... we need to be mentoring and bringing these young guys along, teach them what you know and encourage them, when we are all gone, they will will be the ones that keep the flame alive.

    Welcome youngun i remember when i was 15 n into Rods, Always wanted a Ford Pop , on your side of the pond there called Thames well after a few cars n years i finally got a Pop.....you seem to have what im working on at present a 28/29 A pickup............Good on ya ..

    Awesome. Welcome here. I think i was 16 when I joined and I learned alot. My dad used to own a body shop. Its awesome having someone with so much knowledge to learn from. Take advantage of that as much as you can.

    Got my first potential hot rod at 14 but due to my dad being in the service we moved and had to leave it behind. Two years later I had a '29 coupe which eventually was my first "built" hot rod.
    Welcome, and keep at it. sounds like you've got a good foundation to build on.

    dang wish i was ismart and plan ahead and when i was fifteen and put my paper route money into a car instead of some bike thats now too small.
