16" Tire size Kelsey Hayes "Changeover" wheels 4.50" tire width, 5 x 5.50" bolt pattern. The center rib section were originally chrome plated & riveted to the painted wheel hoops. The painted hubcap receiver were painted & welded to the rib section, next to the lug nut holes. They could be removed, modified for whatever hubcaps you wanted to use, and reinstalled. These wheels are not perfect, but are very restorable, or powder coated... I have a total of 4 wheels, which only 1 would need the outer edge, to be repaired. The 4 hubcaps shown, have been sold...
