Just watched it. That episode also had a quick shot of some chick driving a "Big" lavender "Olds" rag top! ;)

Saw a couple other HAMBers too! Pretty good show.

Actually, Ardennes is a forrest in Belgium in which a lot of US GI's lost their lives protecting the Frenchies!

Sorry, I usually hate it when others do this, but my both Canadian uncles fought there...

Did anyone get a laugh when the first interview was the sedan with the HAMB logo painted on the drivers side? Anyone know who that was?

Actually, Jim Busby ran the roadster up to a 195 record and David Busby took the car to a 200 record with fenders and headlights removed.

    From 2010 SCTA-BNI rulebook:

    BONNEVILLE NATIONAL CAR RECORDS
    6.B Vintage Category

    Blown Fuel Roadster - /BFR
    XXF Munz & Busby D. Busby 10/09 200.875
    Blown Street Roadster - /BSTR
    XXF Munz & Busby J. Busby 10/09 195.457

Both records set at the World Finals event in Oct.

Did anyone see what Barry's speed was on his license? Don't think he said what it was.

If it is the same car as the one Cruzr has posted pics of, the previous owner and 2 guys that got licensed in that car are in the first pic

The tall guy on the far right (Ed Stoeber) got his license, next guy with red hat (Frank Koeder) owner and got a license and the next guy in line (George Vargas) got his lisence. We went out there when this pic was taken (08) to see the car run with some new changes, they were on track and beat a record then I believe. The car is truly stunning.
