    18th Annual Huntington Beachcruiser meet
    Sat., March 26, 2018
Main St. & Municipal pier parking lot
    'Surf City', CA (Orange County)

....hope the last set was totally tubular; If you thought so, then you might find that this last set of images from the 18th annual Huntington Beachcruiser meet is just as 'Boss'. Take another peak at what was out there this year before coming back in. Seriously though, hope there is something solid here to see and that the time spent viewing the images wasn't a total wipeout (sorry for the corny attempt at "wordsmithing", couldn't resist). Lastly, some might wonder what's with the kid with the smirk on his face? He's my boy, Grant who was magically transformed from a "not so happy son" who was none too pleased to get up at "O-dark-thirty" in the AM and accompany dad to another car show who became totally stoked prior to our departure after procuring a unoccupied coin purse carelessly left on the sidewalk mere steps away from the curb where our pickup was parked. Oddly, the coin purse said, "W**d-Money" on it, and there was some "green stuff" inside, but it was the type with dead presidents pictures. #1 son didn't cash in on someone's misfortune; Dad used it as a morality lesson. We took the enclosed i.d. & mailed a note in hopes of contacting the rightful owner. Three weeks later the letter was "returned to sender" and we destroyed the i.d. & cards and put the cash into jr.'s piggy bank for scouting & school stuff. And the coin purse? It went to someone who'll use it for it's stated purpose printed on it...Got more stuff from recent excursions to other events, so keep an eye out until then....PRE48V-8\;^]

...not that I'm aware of (I just spectated & parked curbside in a non-metered parking space just beyond the end of Main St.). It would be highly unlikely there would be the amount of vehicles that were present had the entry fee been so astronomical. That may be for some other Concourse "on the turf" type, driving moccasin shindig in Huntington Beach or South Orange County environs that are held annually, but I couldn't tell who promotes it or where exactly it's held. The Huntington Beachcruiser meet is in town in a public space so it would be near impossible to get the city to shut down and charge admission for a highly trafficked tourist spot like 'Surf City'.
