1920's Buick rolling chassis. Rolls and steers. Wooden wheels look to be original. Brakes with rods are intact. Friction shocks are not frozen. Torque tube to rear axle in good shape. Controls on steering wheel a little stiff. Front fenders and side skirts in decent shape. Still has original Serial/VIN tag on frame. No title.
