    State: California
    Price: $18,500.00
1927 Ford Model T Roadster. Solid body mounted on a Ford Model A ch***is. The frame has a narrowed 32 Ford center cross member. The front axle is a stock 33-36 Ford and the wishbone is a 32 Ford. Has 40 Ford differential with 3.78 gears and 40 Ford brakes all around. The 40 Ford torque tube has been shortened to fit the ch***is along with a 32 Ford style drive shaft. The steering is a 48 Ford F1, which still needs to be modified to fit the ch***is. The 4 X 16 and the 4 1/2 X 16 wheels have been painted Wimbledon white with Firestone tires, 4.75 X 16 front and 7.00 X 16 rear.

The engine is a 61 Chevrolet 283 that has been rebuilt with a TRW engine kit. The transmission is a 39 Ford that has also been rebuilt and has an Offenhauser transmission adapter. The 32 Ford pedals have been modified to function with hydraulic brakes. The differential is rebuilt, but needs ***embly. The 29 Ford radiator has been chopped 1 1/2 inches, as well as the shell, so the radiator ***embly does not sit higher than the 27 Ford cowl. Starter has been rebuilt, but not the generator or carburetor. Has Chevrolet Rams horn exhaust manifolds that have been black ceramic coated.

The body is solid and does not have the Swiss cheese panels that some hot rods have. The lower cowl panels and lower body hips have been repaired once before, but not very well. The windshield stanchions have been chopped drastically, so only the lower windshield of the stock 27 Ford is utilized. The windshield frame is a new reproduction. The instrument panel, with Stewart Warner instruments, is a Brookeville 32 Ford, that has been narrowed to fit the 27 Ford body. Has Arrow headlights on a modified 30 Ford headlight bar. The seat springs are new from Snyder's.

Some of the items that still need to be done include, mounting the shocks, mounting the new, oval fuel tank, fabricating the trunk floor and mounting the battery. The California ***le is being processed.

    (it is so close), but life happens. Thank you for looking. IMG_4667.JPG IMG_4668.JPG IMG_4676.JPG IMG_4672.JPG IMG_4671.JPG IMG_4670.JPG IMG_4673.JPG IMG_4674.JPG IMG_4669.JPG
