Right on man! Its looking good so far..
I dig the column shift . I was thinking of doing that in my model A roadster too.

 

You have alot personal touches in your T and they all just scream right on.Diggin the build. JW

 

Really like what you have done with the T plus 32.. Its a perfect fit.. The lower floor pan makes it happen.Won't be long and you could cruise the Creek!! If ya''ll do that any more. Great job!!

Very nice work. I just bought a '27 roadster body in every similar condition to yours last week, so I am very interested in seeing your progress. Nice work on the repairs and some great ideas for modding the deuce frame, floors and all.

Bump! Got any more old pics that we haven't seen? Did you do anything to the frame when you set it up for the T body? I'm also building a T on 32 rails and your stance is killer! Mines gonna be a roadster pickup with a v8-60 tube axle though, but if I could get close to the look you have that would rule. Oh yeah, what did you have to do to get the body to lay flat on the frame?

ok it seems like I have been needing to update this thing, so here we go. so I have been working pretty hard on this thing lately and all my instigram friends know whats going on but I have neglected the Hamb. so here we go. here is a picture of the patch I had to do on the cowl.

and then after all this I had a break and drove my chevy down for the LA roadster show and had one hell of a weekend.

and then I got back to work on it after a nice break for a while. I started back up by finishing the patches on the lower half so I could finally get the body off and start finishing this thing up.

I decided to leave the seam so it was like stock

and then the old man had to goof around and take a seat in it. mind you my dad is pretty damn big and hes around 6 ft and as you can see its a perfect fit for us tall guys.

and then my buddy and I got a wild hair and pulled it all appart one night in under 2 hours.

and then I started to cap off and finish up all the boxing and welding up all the cross members and adding gussets and all that jazz.

Killer car man...got my vote for the best darn project currently underway on the HAMB

 

The T is coming out great. Will you be doing any patches in this area? Mine needs it.

 

The whole car is bitchin', but i really dig the column mount!

Great thread and even greater lil hot rod! Love all the little details, (where cowl meets the frame beauty line, wheel base, three on the tree and that awesome column drop). Cant wait to see it done...any direction on paint yet? Oh ya, love what ya did with the seat pan as well....just a bunch of great stuff here.
