I recently inherited a 1927 Model T Touring model in pieces. After a lot of research on doing a restoration, I decided it would be a lot more fun to turn it into a hot rod. I have a 351 Cleveland that I pulled out of an old Mustang that I would like to use. My question is does anyone know of any manufactures or plans out there for a ch***is to fit under the body? I see a lot of T bucket frames out there but not sure that they will fit.

Probably won’t fit without adding a foot or two to the length. There are places like Boling Brothers who will make you exactly what you need though. Probably give you a nicer finished product than some T-bucket kit ch***is.

  5. Best to look at a Model A ch***is, perfect for a T Touring or Roadster. Either buy an aftermarket ch***is or try building yourself.
