    I have seen a flat or almost satin black hi-temp paint sold for painting gas BBQs ( Gas grills ).

    I'm thinking that it would work great for a rad.

    I made the bottom side panels they are 3 1/2" wide. Chip the louver guy from the HAMB did a great job punching the holes.
